About Machine Tool Models
Machine tools are the machines that make every other machine, yet few people ever see one up close. These desk-sized models reproduce real industrial equipment in detail: vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers, C-frame and straight-side punch presses, a two-point double-crank press and a surface grinder.
Each model is 3D-printed in PLA and assembled by hand, so small marks from printing are normal. Several of them move: a small motor powered from USB or a built-in rechargeable battery turns the gears and flywheel and drives the ram up and down, the same motion the real press uses to stamp sheet metal. Some are available in more than one colour; the choice is on each product page.
They make distinctive gifts for machinists, mechanical engineers and manufacturing companies, eye-catching displays for trade-show stands and showrooms, and teaching aids for vocational schools explaining how a press or a machining center is built.
