Measure the weather yourself
This kit builds a small weather station. Three red cups catch the wind and spin the rotor, and the indicator in the base shows how fast it turns. The wind vane swings to show where the wind is coming from, the cross arms mark the compass directions, and the thermometer and measuring cup let you record temperature and rainfall.
