Build your own robot vacuum
This kit builds a round, teal robot cleaner with a transparent cover so you can watch the gears and wiring inside. Two motor-driven wheels carry it across the floor; when the front bumper meets a wall or a chair leg, the gear set and bumper work together to turn the robot away. A small suction fan pulls light dust and paper scraps into the clear collection chamber. It shows in miniature how household robot vacuums are put together.
