Weigh it the classic way
This kit builds an equal-arm beam balance on a black base. Hang the red pans from the yellow beam, set the pointer to the centre with the sliding counterweights, then put an object in one pan and weights in the other until the beam is level again. Use it to compare objects, check the weights against each other and explore levers.
