The simplest motor you can build
This kit builds an open DC motor on a blue base. A wire coil sits on a shaft between two magnets, with a flywheel at each end. Switch on and the current in the coil is pushed by the magnetic field, so the rotor spins and the flywheels keep it turning smoothly.
