Description
Power that jumps across the gap
This kit builds a small wireless power station on a grey pegboard base. A driver module feeds the big transmitter coil; bring the receiver coil close and its LED lights up even though nothing connects the two. It is the same idea that charges phones and electric toothbrushes without a cable.

What you'll do
- Fix the transmitter coil, driver module and battery box on the pegboard
- Wire the circuit with the plug-in leads
- Build the receiver coil with its LED
- Move the receiver closer and further away and watch the LED
