Checkout and order confirmation

Direct payments are completed on a PayPal-hosted checkout page. Mematrix Shop does not collect or store card numbers. The product, currency, shipping charge, and total shown on the PayPal page are the final checkout terms.

An order is accepted only after PayPal marks the payment as completed and we confirm that the item, amount, delivery address, and stock are correct. We may cancel and fully refund an order affected by a clear pricing error, unavailable destination, stock error, or shipping restriction.

Shipping

Products normally ship from Guangzhou, China. A fixed shipping charge shown in PayPal checkout is collected with the order. If a product page states that shipping is arranged separately, we will confirm the destination and shipping cost before fulfillment; the buyer may cancel for a full refund if the proposed service is unsuitable.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs handling, taxes, remote-area charges, and lithium-battery restrictions vary by product and destination. Any product-specific shipping statement takes priority, and we will contact the buyer before shipment when additional information or charges are required.

For payment protection, orders are shipped only to the address shown in the PayPal transaction details. Tracking is supplied when the selected carrier supports online tracking.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

To cancel an unshipped order or report a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, email [email protected] with the PayPal transaction ID and a description of the issue. Please report delivery problems within 14 days after delivery.

When a return is appropriate, obtain written return instructions before sending the item. We may offer troubleshooting, replacement parts, replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue. Approved refunds are returned through the original PayPal transaction. Return shipping is paid by the store for confirmed wrong or defective items; change-of-mind returns require prior agreement and may be paid by the buyer.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in the buyer's country.

Privacy

This storefront does not create customer accounts and does not directly collect payment-card data. PayPal processes checkout information under its own privacy terms. Namecheap and Cloudflare may process ordinary technical request data needed to host, secure, and deliver the site.

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic, page views, outbound clicks, and similar usage patterns. Google may process technical identifiers, device/browser information, approximate location, and interaction data for measurement. This helps us improve product pages and the independent checkout experience.

Information sent by email or included with an order is used to answer questions, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or legal obligations. We do not sell customer personal information.

Product and use terms

Many products are small-batch maker hardware, DIY kits, educational devices, reproductions, or compatibility accessories. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, they are not medical, automotive, life-safety, or industrial control equipment. Installation and assembly require appropriate technical skill, safe power supplies, and anti-static precautions.

Small parts, batteries, tools, soldering, and powered mechanisms require adult supervision where appropriate. Compatibility names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe historical context or interoperability.
